Issuer: Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Keti Bandar under direction of the Board of Revenue Sindh (order dated 2025-02-28; reference INF/KRY/2352/26).
Purpose: A special revision (re-writing, rectification and verification) of the Record of Rights (Ownership Rights) for Deh Naghwari, Taluka Keti Bandar, District Thatta as a pilot project to ensure accurate, standardized and digitized land records under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. Verified records will be authenticated by the concerned Mukhtiarkar and the Assistant Collector of the First Grade as per sub-sections (11), (12) and (13) of Section 42 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967.
Objections: Any person having objection regarding ownership, survey number, area or any other matter must file their objection within 15 days at the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Gherabari. If no objection is filed within that period, the record will be re-written in the name of the concerned person.
