Public Notice — Special Revision of Land Records for Deh Miani, Tapo Munara, Taluka Keti Bunder (Thatta)

Issuer: Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Keti Bunder. This public notice issues under the mandate of the Board of Revenue, Sindh, and provisions of the Sindh Land Revenue Act to publish corrected and attested Record of Rights entries following a Special Revision (re-survey) pilot initiative.

Purpose: To notify stakeholders that a Special Revision of land records has been launched (Board of Revenue Full Board meeting dated 28 February 2025) as a pilot for Deh Miani, Tapo Munara, Taluka Keti Bunder, District Thatta. The published corrections pertain to landholders, their shares, survey numbers, area figures and corresponding record/entry numbers for the listed mouza/Deh.

Affected area: Deh Miani, Tapo Munara, Taluka Keti Bunder, District Thatta, Sindh. The notice includes a detailed list of landlords and their land particulars (shares, survey numbers, areas and entry numbers) as recorded after the Special Revision.

Action required: Any person having objections to the corrected/attested entries must submit a written objection to the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Keti Bunder (Mukhtiarkar Revenue office) within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice. Objections should state the basis for dispute and include supporting documents. If no timely objection is filed, the revised entries will be treated as final and recorded accordingly.
