Public Notice: Special Revision of Land Records for Deh Hilaya, Taluka Thatta (Sindh)

Issued by: Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Thatta. Under powers conferred by Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967 and following the Board of Revenue (full board) meeting held on 28-Feb-2025, a special revision (re-writing) and correction of land records for Deh Hilaya, Taluka Thatta, District Thatta is being undertaken to ensure accuracy, integrity and digitization of records.

The record verification and correction will be carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedure. Any person objecting to the proposed entries or corrections in the record for the lands listed below must file an objection within 15 days to the concerned Mukhtiarkar and the concerned Assistant Collector of the First Grade, following the framework of procedures under the Sindh Land Revenue Act. If no objection is received within 15 days the record shall be re-written in the name shown.
