Bidders must upload their bids on EPADS (PPRA) system using a Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure with the title 'Printing and Stationery Items'. Tender Documents can be downloaded free of cost from www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.statelife.com.pk.

Notes

Estimated cost per annum is PKR 9,000,000. Bid security (earnest money including taxes) must be submitted as CDR/Pay order in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan before the closing date. Bid security amounts: PKR 200,000 for Lot-1 (Printing Materials), PKR 150,000 for Lot-2 (Stationery Items), PKR 100,000 for Lot-3 (Computer Consumable Accessories). Bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders immediately and to successful bidders after one year upon satisfactory performance. Taxes will be deducted as per Government rules.
