Notes

The bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelop Procedure of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. A bid security instrument amounting to Rs.780,000/- must be submitted before the bid deadline. All taxes will be charged as per Government Rules. The Directorate General, Immigration & Passports reserves the right to cancel or reject tenders under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
