Social Security Hospital, Manga Raiwind Road, Lahore invites e-procurement tenders for framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA rules and the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

Eligibility & submission details: Firms must be financially sound, registered with income tax and Punjab E-Procurement/PPRA as applicable. Interested bidders may download bidding documents from the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by the stated submission times. The tender process will follow PPRA Rules (2014) as amended and the Punjab E-Procurement System regulations.
Additional notes: Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will be used. Bids not conforming to prescribed requirements or received after the deadline will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
