C&W Division Malakand E-PADs Tender: Roads & Bridges Maintenance and DHQ Hospital Accommodation Repairs (Batkhela)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Communication & Works (C&W) Division Malakand, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Electronic bids are invited on the E-PADs single-stage single-envelope system in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules.

Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer on any working day or downloaded from the C&W website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) before the submission deadline. Bidders must submit electronic bids and upload the completed BOQ; any mismatch between quoted rates and uploaded BOQ will render the bid non-responsive.

Key submission & eligibility notes:

• Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADs system before the stated deadline.
• Contractors quoting up to 10% below the Engineer's Estimate must submit bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer's Estimate. Quotes more than 10% and up to 20% below require an additional 8% security (in addition to the 2% bid security). Quotes below 20% may be declared non-responsive if required additional security is not provided.
• Quotations and BOQ must match; discrepancies will render bids non-responsive.
• Original call deposit/bank guarantee and other required documents must be provided where applicable.
• Venue for opening: Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Malakand. Bids will be displayed on the E-PAD system 30 minutes after opening.
