Re-Notice Inviting E-Bids for Drinking Water Supply & Sanitation Works — PHE Division Bannu

Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Bannu invites electronic bids (Single Stage Two-Envelope E-PADS System) from eligible firms in accordance with KPPRA procurement Rules 2014 for construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in Southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Bannu).

Key instructions:

• Bidding documents and instructions can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal: www.eprocure.gov.pk.
• All bidders/contractors must be registered with KPPRA.
• Bids must follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure; bid security and other conditions as stated in the notice apply (including additional security requirements for bids more than 20% below Engineer Estimate and differential security for bids between 10%–20% below Engineer Estimate).
• Completed bids must reach the office of Executive Engineer PHE Division Bannu by the submission deadline below; late or non-responsive bids will be rejected.
