Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (Digital Communication Dept.) — Pre-Qualification for Maintenance, Software & Vehicle Services (Islamabad)

Issuer: Digital Communication Department, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan. Invitation for pre-qualification of authorized service providers/works/shops/firms/contractors through PPRA for financial year 2026-2027 to provide the following LOT-wise services.

Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR. Firms must meet criteria outlined in the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Tender documents: Obtainable from the office of the Assistant Director (Digital Communication Department) on any working day on submission of a written application after publication of this notice. Tender documents cost is Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable). Only bids accompanied by the required bid document fee will be entertained; failure to submit the fee will disqualify participation.

Submission & opening: Bids must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 2026-09-16 by 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
