The amendment revises the acceptable ranges of weightages in Section IV - Bidding Forms, "Schedule of Adjustment Data" as follows:

All other terms, conditions, specifications and contents of the Bidding Documents remain unchanged.
Submission deadline: 2026-09-03 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
