BAJK Tender: Printing & Supply of Security Cheque Books and PLS Receipts – Muzaffarabad (Deadline 2026-09-17)

Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (BAJK) invites sealed quotations from tax/ Sales Tax registered firms for the printing and supply of security stationery (CBS-I security paper from well reputed security printing firms in Pakistan having valid/approved/No Objection Certificate for import of security paper) in accordance with AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 on a Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding process.

Key tender conditions

- Tender documents fee: Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) payable by Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque in favor of "Bank of AJK".

- Bid security: Rs. 100,000 must be submitted with the bid in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker’s Cheque in the name of Bank of AJK. Bids without valid bid security will be rejected.

- Eligibility: Security printing firms in Pakistan with valid security-paper import approvals from security paper mills or the Ministry of Commerce/Government of Pakistan. Firms must have valid NTN, GST (if applicable), bank statements and relevant tax certificates and be on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR/CBR). Blacklisted firms are not eligible; bidders must furnish an affidavit attesting they are not blacklisted.

- Price must be quoted inclusive of all taxes. Incomplete bids, cutting/overwriting without authentication, or conditional/delayed bids will not be entertained. The procuring committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA rules.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-09 at 01:00 PM (Committee Room, Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Head Office, Muzaffarabad).

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-09-17 by 12:00 PM (noon). Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Delayed or conditional bids will be rejected.
