HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids (NCB 03-04/2026-27) – Repair & Maintenance and Bitumen Road Works

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-Bids from contractors registered with PPRA/EPADS and meeting Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) requirements for the year 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding method. Interested bidders must be registered taxpayers, hold the required PEC category and specialization codes, demonstrate relevant experience, and provide audited financial statements for the last three years.

Key eligibility and conditions:

- Registration with PPRA and use of EPADS/e-Bidding platform; PEC registration renewed for 2026-27 in the specified category and codes.

- Minimum five (05) years of relevant construction experience.

- At least two successfully completed civil contracts of similar nature within the last five (05) years; each contract value should be at least 50% of the estimated cost.

- Bidder must be an active taxpayer (FBR/KPRA as applicable) and may submit bids as a sole proprietor, firm, or joint venture where applicable.

- Submission of audited financial statements for the last three years from a firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).

- Bid security as prescribed in the bidding documents (document indicates bid security requirement and other conditions in the bidding documents).
