WSSCA Abbottabad Tender: Annual Repair & Maintenance Packages and Head Office Renovation

Issuer: Water & Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad (WSSCA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1964. Procurement under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014 using single-stage-one-envelope and Percentage Above/Below procedure through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) (eprocure.gov.pk).

Eligibility: Reputed contractors registered with PEC in the applicable category, holding a valid NTN and KPRA registration, and having Active Filing Status on ATL of FBR & KPRA.

Bid documents: Download from EPADS. Non-refundable tender receipt fee Rs. 2,000 deposited in favor of Chief Executive Officer WSSCA, Bank of Khyber A/C No (0043)002006320317, Minsehra Road Abbottabad.

Bid security: 2% of the quoted amount. Additional bid security as applicable under KPPRA Regulation No. XIV 2022 notified vide S.R.O. (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated May 10, 2022. Original tender receipt and original bid security must be submitted to the WSSCA procurement committee on the date of bid opening as required.

Bid validity: Quoted rates shall be valid for 3 months from the date of bid closing. Rates to be inclusive of all applicable taxes, levies and duties. Evaluation of all packages will be carried out separately. Rest of terms and conditions are in the bidding documents.

Submission and opening: Bidding documents must be uploaded on EPADS and original documents submitted to the procurement committee as specified in the tender documents. Pre-bid meeting, submission and opening timings are provided in the bidding documents.
