Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for grant of lease rights for Modern Retail Complex (Fuel Station with Allied Facilities, TV Charging Station, International/National Food Chain Outlets, Convenience Store/ Mart and Pharmacy) at multiple railway/land sites on a DBFOT model. Key lease terms: 21 years (extendable for another 21 years), 8% annual increase in rent (compound), and 12 months mobilization period from date of possession.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-08 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance via Zoom available). Submission deadline for bids: on or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM. Technical bid opening: 2026-09-21 at 02:30 PM. Bid documents available on PPRA and REDAMCO website after publication and from REDAMCO Head Office. Bids must be submitted on REDAMCO's prescribed Bid Form with the specified bid security. Bid security to be submitted in the form of Bank Draft/CDR/Pay Order in the name of "RAILWAY ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COMPANY (PVT) LTD" for each site separately.
Other instructions: One-time non-refundable benchmark commitment fee and benchmark annual rent are quoted per site.
