How to Apply
E-bidding documents are available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by May 04, 2026, 1100 hours. Additionally, bidders are requested to submit one hard copy of technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes separately to facilitate the evaluation process.

Notes
Earnest money for Package-I (Rs. 85,000), Package-II (Rs. 50,000), and Package-III (Rs. 35,000) must be deposited as a bank draft or call deposit in favor of The Project Director (EMCG&NHCAL). PCSIR reserves the right to accept/reject any bids or change the scope as per PPRA rules. Delivery will be at PCSIR Laboratories H-9 Islamabad on F.O.R basis. GRC notification (Rule-48 of PPRA rules, 2004) is available on EPADS.
