E-Tender: Construction of Shops at New Bus Stand, Mandi Bahauddin (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Office of the District Council M.B. Din (Chief Officer). Single Stage Single Envelope e-tender under Annual Development Program 2026-27. Registered contractors on e-PAQs/EPAD and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for FY 2026-27 may submit bids.

Submission and opening: Bidding documents must be uploaded on the EPAD Dashboard by 2026-09-09 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the Hall of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin in the presence of contractors or their representatives.

Key conditions: Bid security in the form prescribed by the PPRA/e-procurement portal must be uploaded as per guidelines. Contractors whose bids are more than 4.99% below the estimated cost will be required to deposit additional performance/quality assurance security equal to the difference. Conditional tenders and late submissions will not be entertained. Selection will be on the basis of lowest evaluated bid in accordance with applicable Laws/Rules.
