Purpose: Invitation to bid (E-PADS/PPRA) for multiple civil works, road, drainage, sewerage, water supply and solar power installation projects. Bidders registered with PPRA on E-PADS and meeting the conditions (PEC registration where required, valid tax status, bid security, and relevant experience) are eligible to participate. Tender documents are non-refundable and bid security (listed below) must be submitted as specified.
Submission method & requirements: Bids to be submitted through online E-PADS tendering. Bid security (Earnest Money) equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be provided in the form of a bank deposit/receipt in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Gujranwala Cantonment. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted as per instructions on the e-procurement system. Tender documents fee for each package: PKR 5,000 (non-refundable).
