District Council Rajanpur — Quotation Notice for Annual Framework Contract FY 2026-27

Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Rajanpur. Invitation for quotations / bids for Annual Framework Contracts for Financial Year 2026-27 (01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) for multiple supply, rental and repair services across District Council Rajanpur.

Scope: The Council has published a list of annual Rate/Framework contract packages covering items and services such as decoration/rental items for events, lighting and electrical accessories, lime (chuna), CCTV equipment (on rental basis), excavation and earthwork equipment (plant & operators), generators (on rental basis), supply/repair of office equipment and stationery, bamboo/weaving/thatching, sanitation materials, repair of gun cartridges for stray dog disposal, supply of sports equipment and uniforms, purchase and repair of IT/office items, water supply & pump items, and other miscellaneous supply & service packages. Each package specifies the required earnest money.

How to participate:

- Eligible contractors, firms and manufacturers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement) system may participate via open e-tendering after registration and submission of required documents.

- Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, package-wise scope, eligibility criteria and earnest money amounts are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA Punjab website.

- Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system and will be opened online in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014 (as amended). Earnest money (in the prescribed form) and other mandatory documents must be uploaded as part of the e-bid where indicated.

Important notes:

- Procurement will be conducted under PPRA rules and the District Council’s e-Procurement procedures. Contractors must comply with registration, security/earnest money, and other terms specified in the bidding documents.

- The District Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
