Core responsibilities (summary): implement and manage HR initiatives including workforce planning, employee relations, performance & talent management, career development, succession planning, promotions policy and governance, development of HR frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and delivering HR solutions aligned to business objectives.
Employment terms: Positions are offered on a contractual basis for three years (renewable at management discretion). Selected candidates will receive compensation and benefits as per Bank policy.
