Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for two senior management positions on an open-term contract basis. Positions are based at PMDC Head Office, Islamabad. Master’s degree with additional certifications preferred. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, including experience with Environmental Strategy & ESG Reporting, Social Impact Strategy & Assessment, and Occupational Health & Safety; management role experience preferred. | Maximum age limit up to 45 years by closing date. | Develop and lead PMDC’s ESG strategy and related frameworks; oversee HSE and safety initiatives; drive environmental and social programs (emission reduction, energy efficiency, conservation); lead ESG data management and reporting; establish governance and compliance with national/international standards; liaise with regulators (EPA, NDMA) and maintain quarterly/annual reports to the Board. |
| Assistant Vice President (AVP) – HR & Branding | Master’s degree in HRM or MBA (HR) from HEC-recognized institution (16 years). Additional certifications in relevant fields preferred. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in progressive HR roles in reputable public/private sector organizations with expertise in HR strategy & planning, talent management, employee engagement, compensation & reward, industrial relations and HR operations. | Maximum age limit up to 45 years by closing date. | Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with organisational objectives; act as strategic HR advisor to senior leadership; lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, compensation and reward systems; formulate HR policies and ensure compliance; manage HR metrics, digital HR solutions and employee relations; oversee manpower planning, headcount and budgets. |
