| Qualification | Master's or Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Economics, Law, Mathematics, Finance, Business Studies or other relevant background from an HEC-recognized institution |
| Experience | At least 15 years of progressively responsible post-qualification relevant experience. Preference for candidates with research publications related to insurance, NBFCs and securities markets. |
| Appointment & Duration | Contractual appointment for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. Commission may consider regularization after three years subject to criteria. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 50 years as of the closing date of application. |
| Inclusivity | Applications encouraged from female candidates, minorities, persons with disabilities, and candidates from Balochistan, Ex-FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). |
