Corrigendum: Tender IPL-9295 — Digital Bank Guarantee / 1link Payment Requirement (LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat)

Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat issues a corrigendum to a previously published tender notice clarifying bid security and payment transmission requirements.

Key corrigendum points:

- Bid Security: Bidders must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost only through a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) or via the 1link payment method on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- PSID and Transmission: The bidder shall generate the PSID from the e-Procurement Portal and arrange for its scheduled bank to issue and transmit the Digital Bank Guarantee through SWIFT MT760 or the 1link payment method in favour of the Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat.

- Physical bid securities (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc.) will not be accepted. Bids submitted without a valid Digital Bank Guarantee or online payment will be rejected.

- The issuing bank must transmit the Bank Guarantee through SWIFT MT760 or the 1link payment to the designated advising bank with the correct Tender Reference Number and PSID.
