2% Bid Security of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee, in original, is mandatory and must be submitted in the Purchase Section at least 30 minutes prior to the tender opening time. In case of non-submission of the original Bid Security within the stipulated time, the tender offer shall be rejected straightway. The Procurement Agency reserves the right to cancel the procurement process at any stage due to non-availability or insufficient allocation of required funds, without incurring any liability towards the participating bidders. Furthermore, keeping in view the availability of funds, the Procuring Agency reserves the right to modify the quantity of items strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules 2014.
