Notes
Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure (Open Competitive Bidding) using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique will be adopted as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must include a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document. Vendors not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 should register. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification is available on the procuring agency's website and www.ppra.org.pk.
