Punjab Food Authority Tender for Body-Worn Cameras for All District Offices (Tender No. 2026-27/04)

Issuer: Punjab Food Authority. Procuring Agency invites e-Bids (technical and financial proposals) on a lot-wise rate basis through a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Scope: Procurement of body-worn cameras with complete setup for all district offices of the Punjab Food Authority.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website, the Procuring Agency's website and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bid security: Bidders must provide bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost via digital payment (mobile banking application or corporate payment portal) using the prescribed Prefix and PSID combination: 257901430 + PSID. Bid security must be paid/submitted on or before the stipulated date and time.

Validity and opening: Technical proposals/bids shall remain valid for 180 days from the last date of submission. Bids will be opened on the published date and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives. After technical evaluation, financial envelopes will be opened in accordance with applicable rules. The Procuring Agency may reject all bids prior to acceptance as per the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
