Issuer: Project Director, Livelihood Promotion Programme (LPP). Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Electronic bids only via the e-procurement system; physical bids will not be accepted. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, be on the Active Tax Payers List, and hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Firms must not be blacklisted. Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category/code and demonstration of similar completed assignments and financial capacity are required as per bidding documents.

Key conditions: Earnest money 2% (CDR/Bank Guarantee). Tender fee: Rs.2500/-. Procurement procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope. Bid security must be a bank guarantee/deposit at call of 2% from a scheduled bank in favor of the undersigned. Completion: Up to 2027-06-30.
