The National Highway Authority (NHA) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor Project. Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank's Procurement Regulations. The procurement will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Single Stage – Two Envelopes as specified in the World Bank's 'Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers' dated July 2016, revised November 2017 ('Procurement Regulations').
