ECSP (Punjab) E-Tender: Framework Agreement for Hiring Vehicle Rental Services

Issuer: Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP). Purpose: Establish a one-year framework agreement for hiring rental vehicles under an open competitive bidding (single-stage, two-envelope) procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligibility & submission: Eligible firms/companies registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and other relevant authorities may submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must include required bid security as shown below. Detailed technical specifications, eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology and schedule of requirements are provided in the bidding documents available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and ECSP website.
