CDA Road Division-I Tender: Improvement/Rehabilitation of IT Park Approach Road, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Road Division-I, invites electronic bids for the improvement/rehabilitation of the approach road (IT Park) from Kumi Road to Zong HQ in Islamabad. Estimated cost is Rs.23,457,507 with a required bid security of Rs.703,725.

Eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (category C-6 or above) with Project Code CE-01 for 2026-27 must submit bids online via the E-PADS portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents are available on E-PADS and PPRA websites. Bids are due 30 July 2026 at 11:30 hrs and will be opened at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of Director Roads, CDA, Islamabad. Upload a scanned Pay Order/CDR as bid security and deliver the original bid security plus attested PEC registration, CNIC and tax registration certificate to the Deputy Director Road Division-I before bid opening. The procedure is Single-Stage, One-Envelope under PPRA Rules 2004.
