PRCS invites Expressions of Interest and submission of Technical and Financial Proposals from reputable and experienced consultancy firms (and qualified individual consultants where appropriate) to conduct a Financial Sustainability, Market Assessment and Stakeholder Perception Assessment to strengthen resource mobilization at PRCS. Studies are expected to support PRCS in strengthening financial sustainability, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement and institutional positioning.

| Eligibility | Reputable and experienced consultancy firms; individual consultants may be considered but consortiums/teams with complementary skills are preferred. |
| Proposal Submission | Separate sealed Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted to the PRCS Procurement Unit at PRCS NHQ (Sector H-8, Islamabad). Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted in accordance with Tender Documents and Terms of Reference. |
