NESPAK Tender: Disposal of Used Vehicles & Motorbikes (Islamabad)

Issuer: National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites sealed tenders for the disposal of used vehicles and motorbikes. Submission deadline: 2026-09-07 by 11:00 AM; tenders will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the NESPAK Regional Office, Islamabad.

Tender fee: Rs. 500 (payable at NESPAK head office, Islamabad). Earnest money: Rs. 25,000 for vehicles and Rs. 5,000 for motorbikes, to be submitted with the bid as pay order, CDR or cheque in favour of M/s NESPAK Pvt. Ltd. A single earnest money deposit will be accepted for one vehicle only; submit separate earnest money for bids on more than one vehicle and clearly mark the registration number for each.

All bids must be inclusive of all government taxes; bids that do not include taxes will be declared cancelled. Successful bidders must remove purchased vehicles within 14 days of bid acceptance. Inspection is available Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the NESPAK Regional Office, Islamabad. NESPAK reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers in accordance with PPRA rules.
