Tender: Printing and Supply of Answer Scripts — University of Haripur (UOHIADV/117/2026)

Issuer: The University of Haripur, Procurement Office, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Scope: Sealed electronic bids/tenders are invited from qualified and reputable firms, duly registered with the relevant Tax Authorities of the Government of Pakistan, for the printing and supply of answer scripts.

Submission and documents: The entire bidding process will be carried out through EPADS. Bidding documents are available to registered bidders on EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/. Electronic bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must be submitted through EPADS only. The tender document must be submitted with the University tender document on top, followed by mandatory documents in sequential order and then any other proposal documents.

Bid security: The bidder is required to attach 2% of the total bid value (refundable) as a bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Treasurer, The University of Haripur (attached with the financial proposal).

Deadlines and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-09-17 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-17 at 11:00 AM in the Procurement Office, The University of Haripur.

Other conditions: Bids submitted through any means other than EPADS will not be accepted. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA and PPRA rules. Errors and omissions, if any, shall be subject to rectification by the University.
