Notes
Bid security is 2% of the engineer's estimate (plus stamp duty). Additional security of 8% is required for bids 10-20% below estimate, and the differential amount for bids more than 20% below estimate. Bidding entry fee is 0.03% of the tender cost. The procuring entity will retain bid security until contract signing or bid validity period. Failure to submit bid security leads to a 1-year debarment; a second violation results in a 3-year blacklist. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any bid.
