PAA Invitation to Bid: Procurement of Spare Parts for PBBS at Islamabad Airport (IAP)

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites e-bids through EPADS v2.0 under PPRA Rule 36(b) for supply of spare parts for the PBBS at Islamabad Airport (IAP). Interested, registered vendors must submit bids on EPADS. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Original bid security must be received at the address below before the bid submission deadline. Vendors must submit proof of Active Taxpayer List (100% compliance) and GST/NTN certificates of FBR before bid opening or by email as directed.

How to apply: Register and submit bids via EPADS v2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). E-bidding documents, terms & conditions, specifications and requirements are available on e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and PAA website (www.paa.gov.pk). Original bid security (pay order / bank guarantee) must also be submitted as instructed. Bidders not registered on EPADS v2.0 should register prior to participation. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Any forged or dishonored financial instrument will result in blacklisting and legal action.
