Tender Notice: SUJ Master Plan Packages I (Storm Drainage) & II (Water Supply) — Electronic Bids

Project Director, SUJ Master Plan invites electronic bids for two works under the SUJ Master Plan. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Only electronic bids will be submitted; no physical bids will be accepted. Registration with the Electronic Procurement System (BPPRA/e-bidding) is mandatory for bidders.

Important details:

- Tender fee: PKR 2,000 for each work. - Eligibility: Firms must appear on the Active Taxpayers List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Required registrations (including Balochistan tax/registration where applicable) must be valid.

- Procedure of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope (submit technical and financial envelopes as per e-bidding instructions). Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard; bid security must be provided in the form specified (bank guarantee / deposit at call) as required in the bidding documents.

- Bidding documents, form of bid security requirements and other instructions are available and must be obtained/ downloaded from the official BPPRA/e-bidding portal (the electronic procurement system). Completed bids must be submitted online before the deadline.

- Last date for electronic submission: 2026-08-31. Late or physical submissions will not be accepted.
