| Eligibility & Requirements | Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (submit copy of PEC registration). Contractors must produce a certificate confirming no ongoing litigation with any Government department and no outstanding adverse report from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ). Only contractors on approved MES lists in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply. Tender documents will be issued only after scrutiny of credentials. |
