Re-Tender WP-004/2026 — Construction Package No.04 at Chashma (Rs. 37.91M)

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed re-tenders from pre-qualified/enlisted and security-cleared civil works contractors for construction Package No.04 at site Chashma.

Tender documents are available during working hours (0900–1600 Hrs, Monday to Friday) from the under-mentioned office in Islamabad. Issuance of tender documents will close one day prior to the opening date. Tender notice is also available at www.ppra.org.pk.

Submission requirements and conditions:

• Fixed bid security of Rs. 0.8 Million in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan must be submitted with the bid. If a bidder submits a Bank Guarantee it must expire at least six months from the bid opening date; otherwise the bid will be rejected.
• Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the name of the work clearly marked.
• Two copies of the BOQ (one original and one photocopy) must be submitted; both must be sealed, pre-signed and stamped, with the name of the work clearly mentioned on the envelope.
• Rates must be written in figures and words in separate columns; in case of conflict the rate in words shall prevail.
• Tender will not be issued or accepted by post, courier, or telegraphic means.
• The Tender Evaluation Committee may demand analysis of quoted rates to verify reasonability and workability.
• Incomplete proposals or bids may be treated as non-responsive. Competent authority may reject any or all bids/proposals prior to acceptance.
