| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum B.E. or B.Tech. (Electrical / Electronics) from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates having a Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certification(s) would be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 06 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in banking and/or financial sector preferred. |
| Key Skills / Competencies | Knowledge of project estimation, billing and execution; ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams; strong written and verbal communication; good analytical and problem-solving skills with a business acumen; ability to manage time and work efficiently; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Review and submit requests for electrical work and equipment for repair/maintenance, renovation and construction projects; lead and guide the electrical department team for assigned works and targets; ensure project budgets and timelines are met; prepare cost estimates and tender/bid proposals for electrical works; ensure compliance with Bank’s guidelines and PPRA rules; supervise installation and maintenance of services for generators, UPS, DBs, solar systems, etc.; coordinate with other engineering departments, branches and Head Office for resolution of electrical issues; perform other assignments as required. |
| Assessment / Selection | Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s). |
| Employment Type & Benefits | Contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s policy. |
