Issuer: Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Telecommunications, Punjab, Lahore. Electronic bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System from registered General Order Suppliers/Manufacturers/Firms having valid Income Tax, Sales Tax registration and professional tax certificate for financial year 2026-27 (Excise & Taxation Department) and registered on Punjab e-Procurement System.
Submission method: Online only via Punjab e-Procurement System (www.epp.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must follow single stage – two envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) PPR-2014. All electronic bids must be accompanied by Electronic Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated price (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order/PSID via the e-procurement system). Successful bidders must provide 5% Performance Guarantee against each supply order. Authority may reject all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
