The Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of the Punjab, Lahore invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms and entrepreneurs for the public auction of thirteen (13) shops at the IER through open competitive bidding.

How to apply and key conditions:
- Tender/auction documents are available from the Office of the Director, Institute of Education and Research, during office hours on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000.
- Sealed bids must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 2026-09-11 at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-12 at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders.
- Bids below the minimum proposed rent of Rs. 40,000 per month for each shop category will not be considered.
- Employees of the University of the Punjab, including IER staff, are not allowed to participate.
- The Auction Committee, IER reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids or cancel the auction at any stage in accordance with applicable rules without assigning any reason.
