Punjab Ring Roads Authority Tender: Outsourced Staff / Office Support Services (FY 2026-27)

Punjab Ring Roads Authority (PRRA) invites bids from reputed Firms/Companies/Sole Proprietors for outsourced staff / office support services for PRRA for FY 2026-27. Bidding will follow Punjab procurement rules and PRRA requirements; interested applicants must meet pre-requisites and submit bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).

Key submission & eligibility details:

- Eligibility: Firms / Companies / Sole Proprietors; applicants must provide an undertaking that they are not blacklisted by PPRA & PRA and must submit valid tax registration certificates (FBR and PRA).

- Bidding procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding. Technical & financial bids must be prepared per instructions and submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Technical bids will be opened online at the specified time; financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later as per PRRA rules.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (as above). Earnest money in the form of a CDR issued by Bank of Punjab in favour of Punjab Ring Road Authority must be submitted in hard copy before the closing time of submission of e-bids, otherwise the bid will be rejected.

- Documents & download: Bidding documents, detailed information and terms & conditions can be downloaded from https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).

- Notes: Late, conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. PRRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Regulations. The procuring agency will not accept bids submitted by hand/telegraph/post; only e-bids through eP will be considered.
