District Health Officer Tank — Tender Notice: Framework Supply Contract (FY 2026-27) via EPADS

Office of the District Health Officer, District Tank invites e-bids through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure (KPPRA Rules) for a Framework Contract (General Items) for financial year 2026-27. Eligible, registered suppliers may submit bids for the listed categories. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS (https://kppra.eprocure.gov.pk) by the deadline; original bid security (CDR) in the name of District Health Officer, District Tank must reach the office by hand or courier before the closing time.

Key instructions: Bid submission and opening will be handled via EPADS. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the total quoted bid price is required (as CDR). Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from EPADS after publication. Bidders must be registered on EPADS. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules. Successful supplier(s) must ensure uninterrupted and continuous supply as required by the District Health Office.
