E-Tender: Supply/Fabrication of Mini Tipper/Dumper (1.5 m3) — TMA Seo, Upper Kohistan

Issuer: Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration, Seo, Upper Kohistan (TMA Seo).

Tehsil Municipal Administration Seo invites e-bids under the Single Stage Two-Envelope method (KPPRA Rules 2014) for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery by reputed manufacturers/fabricators only. Bidders must have NTN, GST and sales, service & spare-parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

How to apply and key conditions:

• Registration & submission: Interested bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal and submit/upload e-bids through E-PADS: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration.
• Submission deadline: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded on or before 2026-06-25 at 12:00 PM (local time).
• Technical bid opening: Technical bids on E-PADS will be opened on 2026-06-25 at 12:30 PM.
• Bid security: Original 2% bid security of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Seo" shall be sealed in an envelope and reach the procuring office before the closing date and time.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc., as per government rules, shall apply.
• Pricing & delivery: All rates to be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office.
• Training: Successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff.
• Non-compliance: Incomplete, conditional, late submitted or manual bids will not be entertained.
• Purchase order: Issuance subject to release of funds.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
