WSSC Mardan E-Tender – Supply & Fabrication of 200cc Tri-Wheelers (22 Units)

Water & Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed e-tenders through EPADS from manufacturers / authorized dealers / fabricators experienced in the supply and fabrication of tri-wheelers. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax and have active ATL status for applicable taxes.

Important deadlines & timings: Submit bids electronically via EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-08-28 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Bid security: Two percent (2%) of the total quoted amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Chief Executive Officer, WSSC Mardan. The original CDR (bid security) must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address below before the bid submission deadline, clearly mentioning the tender title and bidder details. Failure to submit the original bid security by the deadline will lead to rejection.

Submission & eligibility notes: Manual submissions of bids will not be accepted. Bidders must prepare bidding documents in accordance with the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). The Procurement Committee may request original/physical supporting documents if required. Bid documents must be stamped and signed by an authorized person, and quoted amounts are subject to applicable duties/taxes.
