EPADS Tender: Water Supply Scheme Yakhel & Manz Karal Mohala, Bar Kana — PHE Division Shangla

Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Shangla (Phone & Fax: 0996-850134). Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites online electronic bids through the EPADS system (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) for the execution of the below work.

Eligibility: Firms/Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), KP Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders must follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and applicable KP-PPRA notifications cited below.

How to obtain & submit documents: Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) including Bill of Quantities and evaluation criteria can be downloaded from EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS before the deadline. Original physical bid security (call deposit receipt in favor of the undersigned) must be delivered by registered post/courier to the office of the Executive Engineer before the bid submission deadline.

Key dates: Last date and time for bid submission (upload on EPADS) — 2026-09-01 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened (downloaded from EPADS) on 2026-09-01 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Date/time for opening of financial bids will be announced after evaluation of technical bids.

Bid security and fees: A 2% bid security (earnest money) must accompany the bid and should be accompanied by stamp duty and a 0.03% bidding fee. Non-submission of required bid security/fees will render the bid non-responsive.

Applicable notifications: KP-PPRA Notification No. SRO (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10/05/2022 and KP-PPRA Notification No. S.R.D.(29)/Vol:1-40/2025-26/699-711 dated 29/10/2025. Clarifications may be requested through EPADS.
