Executive Engineer Provincial B&R, District Gwadar invites electronic bids for road construction and rehabilitation works for the year 2026 on composite schedule rates 2023 (percentage rates).

Key details:

Tender fee: PKR 1,000. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each work (Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the under-signed).

Eligibility: Firms must be on the Active Tax Payer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required, and the bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature.

Procedure: Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014; Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Documents & submission: NIT and bidding documents can be obtained/viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard on the EPPS system.

Deadlines & opening: Last date and time for electronic submission: 2026-09-02 until 10:00 AM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS system.
