Public Auction: Municipal Committee Jhanda Nawala — Bus Stand Contract (2026–27)

Municipal Committee Jhanda Nawala invites sealed bids by public auction under the Punjab Local Government Auction and Collection Rights Rules 2016 for the contract of the general bus stand for the period 15 Aug 2026 to 30 Jun 2027. The auction will be held on 2026-08-03 at 11:00 AM at the Municipal Committee Jhanda Nawala office.

Bidders must deposit 10% of the reserve price as a call deposit (no cash accepted). Submit the CDR, certified copy of CNIC and registration ticket for 2026–27 to the Municipal Officer Finance before bidding. Unsuccessful bidders’ CDRs will be returned on the spot; the successful bidder’s deposit will be adjusted against the auction amount and the remaining balance will be retained as security until the contract term. After approval the successful bidder must pay one-tenth of the total auction amount within three days. If no bid is received on the scheduled date, re-auctions are set for 2026-08-08 and, if still unsuccessful, 2028-08-13 as per the notice.
