The Reader of Banking Court-II, Hyderabad has summoned the defendant in a loan-recovery suit filed under the Recovery of Loans Ordinance, 2001 by a banking/financial institution with its head office in Islamabad and zonal office in Hyderabad. The case names Muhammad Yaqub son of Saleh as the defendant.
The defendant is directed to appear before the court on 2026-08-19 at 08:30 AM and to file a written statement in defence within thirty (30) days as permitted under the Ordinance. Failure to appear or to file the required statement may result in proceedings and an ex parte decree in favour of the plaintiff.
