Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) issues a public warning that lands reserved for water supply operations — including rights of way, high-tension corridors and drainage channels — at Gharu, District Thatta are government property. Persons undertaking illegal constructions, encroachments or development on these lands must stop immediately and remove unlawful structures.
Anyone claiming a legal right over the land must produce authenticated documentary evidence before the competent authorities within the prescribed period; otherwise district administration and relevant agencies may carry out anti-encroachment action and remove structures without further notice.
