Banking Court No.7 Karachi, in execution of a decree in a suit by the Agricultural Development Bank, has ordered a public auction of a mortgaged property in Orangi Town, Karachi (plaintiff v. Muhammad Noshad).
The property is Plot No. 571/5 (Sheet 17), area about 120.00 square yards in Sector 14, Orangi Town, Karachi. Auction will be held at the Banking Court at 2026-09-09 at 01:00 PM. A 25% deposit by pay order in favour of Banking Court No.7 Karachi with a copy of bidder CNIC must be submitted to the court officer (cheques not accepted). Remaining purchase money must be paid within 15 days of the auction. Sale is subject to court confirmation. Declared market value: PKR 1,200,000; forced sale value: PKR 1,020,000.
